Hi, I’m Adam! I am a Movement, Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Lifetime Mover. I like to try new things and take on new challenges. I educate and train myself so my body supports me in doing all kind of things that test me mentally and physically. If you are the kind of person who likes to be in charge or their life, I have something for you.

London Based Movement Specialist

In the first couple years of my career I was a Personal Trainer and I loved it. I was able to help people to achieve their goals: lose weight, gain muscle, improve their flexibility and their everyday life, but I was motivated to learn more and to have a deeper understanding of the human movement system. I wanted to know how to get strong and then how to access and use that strength to become a better mover and a faster athlete, so I shifted my focus and became a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

With the deeper knowledge comes greater complexity. I needed to learn more so I can understand and correct limiting factors, including the smallest details. As I continued to study about the body I earned qualifications as a specialist in Movement and Mobility and in Performance Enhancement. I realized the importance of manual tissue manipulations, so I started to deliver Sports Massage and Dry cupping  for the better results. Recently, I’ve been digging deeper into the most basic humans need: the breath; and continue to learn and teach life changing approaches.

What this means to you is, I will not only teach and help you build a healthy lifestyle and a good level of fitness but I also have the knowledge to take you further, whether that means ending of a decade long niggling issue in your back or helping you excel at your chosen sport.

Philosophy

I’ve always been active. Growing up there was no day gone without me playing sports, climbing up on something, jumping around or just doing something. Anything. The best part is? I could do everything that I wanted.

When I started going to the gym I saw many people being so stiff that they were struggling to reach their back or weren’t able to run or play sports with their friends and if they could do one thing, they just weren’t prepared enough to do other things. Overall, I was seeing the lack of well roundness and functionality. I realized, I didn’t want to be limited and do just one thing forever. Instead, I wanted to be capable of running a marathon, lifting something heavy, do a split, walk on my hands and do whatever craziness I decide to do on any given day.

I figured out that I needed to learn how to take care of my body, practice moving efficiently, train to be well rounded and I will become limitless. In exchange for my efforts, I have an athletic physique and a constantly improving mindset that gives me confidence to chase personal bests and pushes me past my imaginary limits. 

This mentality allows me to have experience in a wide range of activities including team sports, rowing, triathlons, tennis, obstacle courses, physique competitions, crossfit, bouldering, yoga, jumping off from cranes and planes or diving underwater.  With age comes wisdom and maybe the times are gone when I would run a marathon on a Sunday without preparing for it – but I love the idea of being capable of doing any kind of things at any given day. So, if tomorrow I wake up eager to run a marathon again, I know I could do it.

I believe that living in pain is not normal and it can be changed. I trust if you fuel your body well, it will reward you with a great looking physique. I know that the right stimulus will make you faster, stronger, fitter and more capable. I say being able to move without limitations is gold. And I believe you deserve it all.

Experience

In the past 15+years I’ve been teaching  about the human movement system in a simple and elegant way to people from various levels of experience. This includes changing body shapes while learning to prevent injuries, practicing moving well and improving performance to achieve peak condition.

I work with beginners who are just starting to explore how their body works – and how can they make it work for them – and I coach experienced athletes and trainers who are looking to optimize their performance and discover new methodologies.
