Adam Kalotai – Lifetime athlete and Movement and Strength Coach with 20+ years of experience, blending biomechanics, mobility, and personalized training to help you achieve long-lasting results
London Based Movement Specialist
I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and for over two decades, I’ve worked with clients to not only improve their physical strength and movement but to help them unlock their full potential and live more complete, fulfilling lives. My passion lies in creating tailored programs that focus on biomechanics, mobility, strength, and performance, helping you move freely, feel stronger in everyday life, and perform at your best—whether in training, competition, or your daily routine.
I understand that no two bodies – or lives – are the same. That’s why I take into account your personal lifestyle, challenges, and goals to create a plan that not only works in the gym but fits seamlessly into your life. What sets me apart is my ability to connect the dots between biomechanics, breathing, everyday habits, and mindset, creating a truly holistic approach that transforms not just your fitness, but your entire life. Whether you’re looking to overcome limitations, improve your performance, or simply feel better every day, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Because fitness isn’t just about what happens in a training session – it’s about creating lasting change that helps you live your best life. Ready to take the next step?

Philosophy
My approach to fitness has evolved through years of personal experience, exploration, and extensive study. I’ve not only competed in marathons, Ironman races, physique competitions, and obstacle courses, but I also live an active lifestyle, regularly hiking, kayaking, lifting heavy, and embarking on outdoor adventures. This personal experience has shaped my understanding of the physical and mental demands of different activities and allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level.
I started my journey in bodybuilding, where the focus was on aesthetics and diet. From there, I moved into CrossFit, which introduced me to the power of intensity, full range of motion, and periodization. This shift led me to delve deeper into strength and conditioning, mobility, and eventually sports massage and dry cupping. Over time, I realized that true, lasting fitness goes beyond muscle and movement – it’s about understanding the body as an interconnected system.
Today, I draw on biomechanics, human gait, and the role of breathing to uncover underlying issues that affect performance and daily life. My philosophy is built on connecting these elements, helping clients achieve results that not only look good but feel good, with a focus on sustainable, long-term health and well-being. In cases where specific issues are identified, I collaborate with a network of trusted professionals – ranging from soft tissue therapists to orofacial health specialists – to ensure my clients get the most comprehensive care possible. Curious about the results?
