Personal Training and The Akademy

As a member of my community, you have access to the restricted area of The Akademy. It is a systematic collection of all the information that I think is important for anybody who wants to make their body work for them. It doesn’t matter what your goals are, you will surely find something here that is valuable for you. The framework is present for everybody, but the current materials are only available following the receipt of an invitation.

After logging in, you will get into the dashboard.

On your dashboard, you will find your current notes and training program that gets updated after every session or whenever something comes up. Usually, I include a plan here as to which topics should be reviewed before the next session. If you have multiple files, you will have an archive of your old programs as well.

Further down, there is a collection of the most important bits, including a guide to navigation on the page, a list of items that are essential in case you need to purchase something (massage ball, foam roller, shoes, weights, etc), a short summary of my framework and some non-gym related everyday bits that I believe make us better humans.

Breathing, barefoot life, resting positions, playing around, fun little tests
Follow along daily to improve your breathing and everything that comes with it that you don’t even think of.

The practice menu is basically a categorized video collection for different exercises and techniques that we all need sooner or later in our lives. In your training program, you have what you need to practice, but it doesn’t mean at one point you won’t need something different.

Want to know the best ways to stretch? You can find guided videos to teach you
Need to work on a clicking joint? Find your troubleshooting.

Finally, I think we all should practice various movement types, so I have a growing library of various on-demand classes and workouts. Whether we name it a stretch class, where we do some soft tissue work, stretches and breath work, or a HIT workout, one can get a valuable practice done.

30 minutes of self-awareness, flow, breathwork and self-care.
