This guide walks you through the personal training process, from filling out the consultation form to ongoing support. Learn about the optional consultation, scheduling your first session, and how we build a personalized plan to help you reduce pain, improve movement, and achieve your goals.
Step 1: Fill Out the Consultation Form
Start by completing the consultation form, which helps me understand your goals and provides pricing information. Once you’re ready, just hit the button at the bottom of the form to begin.
Step 2: Optional Consultation
We can have an in-depth consultation either in person or over the phone to discuss your training history, lifestyle, and expectations. This is optional; if you’re ready, we can move straight to the first session.
Step 3: Schedule Your First Session
Once ready, you’ll be directed to a scheduling platform that includes the health questionnaire (PAR-Q), Terms & Conditions, and payment options. Payments can be made through an online checkout or via BACS (bank transfer). There is also a reminder system in place that sends messages about upcoming sessions, successful payments, and other important updates to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 4: First Training Session
This session provides basic drills that often lead to immediate improvements in discomfort and mechanics, benefiting both your day-to-day activities and future training. You’ll also gain access to my platform, where you can explore my framework and access a wide range of resources.
Step 5: Choose Your Package
After the session, we’ll discuss the best package for ongoing training – whether it’s blocks of sessions or a monthly plan with regular time slots.
Step 6: Long-Term Training and Support
You’ll continue to receive ongoing support through tailored programs, teaching videos, and open communication. The sessions together help you learn to do everything on your own, so you can confidently practice on your own time as well.
